OSSEventManager is short for "Office SharePoint Server 2007 Event handler Manager", it's a winform tool to deploy some list item event handlers into SharePoint lists.
本工具用于部署SharePoint 2007列表条目的事件处理程序，是一个WinForm的工具。
Notice（注意事项）
This tool runs only in the WFE(Web Front End) in SharePoint server.
本工具仅能运行在装有SharePoint的Web前端服务器上。
